Well I can't promise it will always be interesting but I can promise you it will be real. My life and the things I feel important to ramble on about, or to share a glimpse into how I'm actually doing. Hope you enjoying following me as I follow the next steps in my life.

A new appreciation for cars...

This weekend I started taking a Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) class in Edmonton. 9-6 long days Saturday and Sunday for the next 3 weekends. Sort of interesting and helpful, but really a lot of common sense. I'm not use to sitting in a class room and having an attention span for long periods of time anymore. It was a lot harder then I remember, I've gotten pretty accustom to having music going or taking breaks whenever I need them.
The other thing about the weekend was not really being at home, being in a place where I don't know the neigborhood and was on a time scheduale to be places. I got to be very good friends with my car. I ate lunch on the hood, sun tanned/ slept over lunch break on the hood, ate supper beside it in the grocery store parking lot. We became friends.
It also gave me lots to think about in how being in another country will be a lot like this. Looking for something that is a comfort and staying close to it because it brings security and belonging to my existence.
So, here's to cars and the blessings they are!
